Why do I love weekends at home

Bought the in laws new phonesets for Xmas and was busy the whole day fixing the phones for them. Kinda funny for a moment they had thought I was some sort of product engineer

Can the rain stop cuz we still need to get our log cakes and go paktor. Some couple time alone.

Pretty pink for the weekend!

Well that’s my weekend, I know many of my friends are still suffering from a bad hangover from ZoukOut.

Of random thoughts I thank god for sending the Mr to me. I had been ill for the past few weeks and on Friday morning 1am the Mr had to send me to A&E. Throughout the past weeks, Mr had been taking care of me and never once had he complained.

“Through good health or sickness…”

Who says you need to be married…? He keeps his promises to me and that is all that matters!

Thank you baby for taking care of me during this period.

Not tooo long ago… birth of another fairytale & happily ever after

Just a couple of weeks back the Mr and I witnessed one of our friends tie the knot.

All we can say is that….

WE HAVE WAITED VERY LONG FOR THIS DAY… Heehee

So it was a beautiful evening with a beautiful setting- simple and quaint yet totally romantic… Blissful, I reckoned was most appropriate.

Nothing fancy or grand, just a handful of good friends, relatives well people who matters to the couple and the couple having a good time.

Uber nice view…

It’s been 3yrs and I see the changes we been through together…

And growing old together with our friends…

These fellas are precious…

From strangers to besties…

And the very blissful looking couple!!!

May you two have endless happiness and joy and many cute, adorable babies!!!

And how can we forget “The Flower”

This year’s DnD was held last evening at one of my favourite hotel- Grand Hyatt. It was totally smashing! And so fun!!!! I think I had a little too much fun by drinking a tad too much. But whatever it was I loved it to nits and had a great time. Everyone enjoyed themselves to the fullest!!!

Meet the extended family affair

Well lately we’ve been really busy playing host at home because the mr’s distant relatives from China specially flew in to visit Ahma and to see the Mr’s wife to be…

That’s “Dua Gu” (uncle) and “Dua Hm” (aunt) and “Dua Pek” (eldest uncle). It was a really nice session having everyone so happy and all, eating, drinking.

To me the best part was just being there and listening to them telling me the stories of the Mr when he had visited them in China.

It was quite an adventure, because the mr had fallen damn ill due to a very bad food poisoning caused by oysters when he was there visiting them- he was only a young boy.

Both his uncle had carried him all the way to the hospital and even bribed the hospital staffs just so the mr could get to see the dr to be treated immediately and not left to wait and die. It was kind of sad to hear that bribery and corruption is still as bad in China.

No surprise that we would be questioned when are we tying the knot because we’ve been together for the longest time- 3yrs.

To everyone it’s like we’re supposed to be married already because 3 years of dating is just too long.

I was pleasantly surprised when the Mr told everyone that we’ll be getting married soon. And we’ll fly over to Shantou to visit them after we’re wedded.

I don’t know why but I felt touched and was really delighted. This is a very special thing to me because as much as the mr’s ex would love to compare that she was the first in everything of the Mr’s life, I never would have thought that I would the first and last girl in his life that he wants to marry and I’m also the first girl to meet the whole family both his mum’s and dad’s side and his extended family in China.

But till then, I have certain goals that I have to do before I want to settle down. Completing my studies and stabilise my career that’s most important now to me.

Hilarious Thursday

Yeap the reason why I opened my tin box full of stub was to add in a few more movie stubs… Of which is this pair of stubs that holds alot of meaning…

I watched the first part with my first love and the second with the love of my life…

I guess this is what we call FATE…

Dar decided to surprise me on Thursday cuz I haven’t been e cheeriest soo knowing that I love Sir R.A aka Mr Bean he secretly booked a pair of tickets to Johnny English 2. And it was to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary! Totally love our week of celebration and it’s spanning till this weekend. Looking forward to another movie date and staycation!!! Heehee…

Totally love impromptu workout session with Jie.

This is my first time at squash but nevertheless I think I played alright not too sucky.

Love working out with my love ones!!! It’s just a really good feeling. Best it’s healthy and low cost! Lolol.

We adjourned the evening at FATBOY and now we are enjoying our beer!!! Stella Artois going at $10 a pint after 10pm!?!? Dirt cheap or what?
