I believe everyone knows how to cook an omelet right? But there are so many ways of doing it! Since I am on a month’s break, I’ve decided to go on a little journey with Julia Child. I’ll be attempting the omelet and then Beef Bourguignon. (it should be pronounce something like “boo- gur- nor” not “bour- nor”)

I am superbly excited! Wish me luck on this!!!!

Going to prepare Beef Bourguignon today and well Huns can pack it to work tomorrow. OMG totally excited!!!! I’m still finding Julia Child’s cooking videos. I love the way she speaks and how delightful she sounds. I tried to mimic the way she speaks and it cracked Hunz up ttm. So JULIA CHILD FTW! Cheers….I shall be back and review the recipe…
