ALrighty before I start having a whole thank you list going I believe I should account my day yesterday.
I was just done with my blog entry and I saw yvonne online so I p.m her. Eventually we decided to head to town to do a little shopping as she needs more new office wear and shoes as it’s her first day today with Drew and Napier!!! I am so excited for her.Wonder how is she doing right this moment.
So you had two crazy girls combing Marina Square for office wear and shoes!!! I tell you I had to change out of my heels and yvoone took down the whole process with her cam… Wat the… even though I was doing something so tak glam but eh I saw the pictures and they were pretty…

As usual yvonne’s still looking the same, actually prettier in her new short hair cut. Damn she is the most beautiful plus size girl I’ve ever met. Seriously, if I was a lesbian I would definitely date her and keep her close to my heart.
Okaay back to the story:
As we were browsing in Dorothy Perkins for her tops, something caught my eyes totally and reminded me that I had to get a new set for my old bottoms are too worn out. So what is it exactly?

Yeap!!! New bikini set!!!!! Well, why buy bikini now when I totally avoid the sun right??? Eh… cos Dar and I will be going to sentosa tomorrow and yes since it’s like our bday and I am so totally in the bday mood I wanna look GLAM n Hot!!! Lastly, I bet it will be candy to dar’s eyes!! Btw, Dar thank you for taking another day off to spend it with me and going to my favourite place(sentosa), doing what I love to do(soak n bake under the sun)!!!!
Okie so after acquiring loads from Dorothy Perkins I told yvonne that I seriously need a seat as my back was aching damn badly. Yea can’t imagine how the hell I can run so long but then suffer from quite bad back problem yea? Well explains why I don’t sprint and why at times I breeze walk instead of jogging. Less harsh on my back and knee at the same time I am strengthening the lower back muscles.
So we settled down somewhere outside the building and started to camwhore and my girlie started snapping pictures of my boobs!!! WHAT THE HELL!!! Sometimes I wonder whether she’s really a girl. We gossiped bitched and craped for almost 2hrs at Mac Donalds while she had her meal. Finally she was done with her meal and was itching to walk around to look for her shoes!!!
And so we did, I had a nice surprise. What/who it was? Stanley!!! He was around the area so he decided to pop by and see how’s his little Bday girl to be was. It was great fun having Stanley and Yvonne crapping!! Yea I was laughing throughout the whole session and to be honest was a little reluctant to part with the two of them, really wanted them present for the evening chillout.
Well then F4 came!!! As usual Jess darling was super duper terrible late, but no biggies Ulrica Shan and I had a nice dinner at Swesens!!!!! We spoke almost about everything.

Jess: EH!!! where are you all ar!!!! Done already or not!!! my feet is full of blisters lo!….
me: yea yea almost. Ulrica and shan had not taken dinner so yea… be there in a moment k?
Jess: AIyah I think I slowly make my way to Loof! hai!!!
After the above call, we called for bill immediately and rushed a cab down to Odeon Tower. It was there that our group gathered and we were whole again!!!! I was greeted with a very very lovely gift!

Oh my girlies made me try them on in Loof. Super tak GLAM!!! But well the pair of heels are so pretty that it made something so unglam GLAM!!! I was a really happy girl already. So it was Martini night and what did the girlies had???
MARTINI of course. Well not me… I had my HEINEKIEN!!! well they didn’t serve Hoeegarrden(seriously I can’t remember its double e or r)
And the whole session was mostly spent CAMWHORING!!! Shan brought 2 cameras!!!! I want a polaroid cam!!! Well I thinks I will get one and use it on Shan’s bday? Oh Oh and it’s so damn exciting the group is planning to go Langkawi!!!! well right now the tickets are priced at 98 inclusive of gst and tax. So girlies how???? Me thinks the price is reasonable…
While we were so busy camwhoring, I was once again greeted with yet another surprise!!! Jasmine Jiejie and Darren Kor(bf) came!!!! Another gossip khaki!!! Guess what was I doing the whole evening? Yeap bitching. And so I heard, Darren kor is in Citibank doing sales. hahaha Jie is still the same climbing the corporate ladder of KPMG!!!
And poor kor kena “tok cai tao” by me, paiseh…. why? Cos drinks were on him. My girls and I felt so guilty that we insisted the bill on the second round of drinks. But, Kor and Jie snatched the bill again… hm and jie wants a new phone… bwahaha. Looking at the two of them, gives me a whole fuzzy fluffy warm feeling in the tummy. They looked so happy in each others company. While I was looking at them “bickering”…. I was greeted by a 3rd surprise…

I blew out the candles and make a wish (won’t be disclosing but I made a wish for everyone who’s close to me). I swear I was almost in tears man!!! I finally celebrated my bday with my girlies and Jie and I actually had a cake to cut with my really best sistas!!!! I couldn’t have had asked for more!!!
The cake was totally sweet and i believe it left me smiling while savouring the chocolate mousse and chocolate bits. I love you people!!!!
You all made me realised how loved and special I am. I’m still feeling like I’m the luckiest and most fortunate girl on the Earth now.

Soon the oldies and ulrica had to leave for they’ve got work today. And shan decided to “dong pang” ulrica’s cab back(save money cut cost, student mah…). We bided goodbye with hugs and kisses.
By then, it was me and jess but the night has only just begun!!! I’ve got a 4th surprise?!
GUESS who/what…
It’s SAMUEL GAN!!! My childhood playmate, best friend, best dude, best bitching mate, well he is someone who grew up with me and how cool can that be, our parents are like good friends. Remembered how we used to tong pang each other and how Sam would bring back Homework assignments for me when I fell sick and how we would bring our dogs down to the park and relax on a patch of grass with his jack russel and my shihtzu.
As if Samuel’s not enough, I had my final surprise….
JB Chirsten and Terrance were my last surprise!!!!!
We headed to 10th Dimension JB and Terrance’s pub to end my bday night- should be morning… there I was made to sing by Jess. And so jess asked for Karen Mok’s “Ta Bu Ai Wo” out of the only few few few mandarin songs I know how to sing. And I sang… Sounded weird cos I was too happy to see such a emo power song… then no “qi” also cos tired and never warm up vocal ma… actually all excuses.. I’ve never felt that I can sing and until today I still insist that I cant sing and am a poor singer.
Don’t know what Jess loves/ hear in my singing that she claims that it is good… and I’ve got a great voice???? And we played dice, the rest sang, drank, teased gossiped and after so many many many years Jess and I played pool!!!
I almost forgot how to hold the cue stick la!!! I was leading but I had to ask sam to stand in for me as I had to sing. Yeap my 2nd and final song for the evening was a duet. “A whole new world” and I sang it together with Christen. hahaha we went a little out of tune a few missing lines cos it’s been so so so long since I heard the song and it explains why. But overall I still think we sung pretty well… at least we didnt sound like the chickens in slaughter house.
I was getting really tired and my head was starting to throb badly, that was a sign that it’s way past bedtime for me and I need my sleep!!! But because Jess has been such a darling and sweetheart I gave in to her request for the night, which is to go have supper with her. So the whole bunch of us left for Bencoolen St for some Indian Muslim food.

And I fell asleep on the table while everyone was busily tucking into their meal…. next I know I was stepping out of the cab taking the lift up to dar’s floor. The rest’s history. I knocked out instantly when I went into the bedroom.
Well Dar’s a little grumpy now… and I wonder why…

So on the 24th of June which was my + dar Birthday, we decided to spend this special day together, just the two of us and no one else. As the both of us are big fans of Transformers, Dar decided to surprise me a few days before with a GoldClass movie booking for 2 to the latest Transformers on our actual birthday. I was really really excited.

Boy! I love the movie!!! It’s simply awesome and I swear by it. It’s way better than the first movie! I shall not disclose the movie content but this I must say, Megan Fox was really hot. Dar adores her (like some goddess). As for the lead actor Shia, he’s getting sexier and hotter as he grows older. I remembered back then in his early films he really wasn’t eye catching at all- was more goof ball looking. Look at him metaphor!
Alright after a really awesome time in the movie, dinner which was on me couldn’t be that such a flop right? I really wanted to head to Sunset Grill as I’d planned initailly but due to the rain and drizzle, I decided a switch in plan. Didn’t want anyone of us catching a cold bug and risk quarantine. Finally, I decided to have our dinner at Fish Market.
I wanted to go to the Fish & Co. glasshouse but I really don’t like the food there. I wanted to bring dar to the Halial @ Ginger Gardens, but I didn’t want to remind Dar about some guy. Well and since I had really happy memories(jess sherlyn drew n friends) at Fish Market, I wanted to add another one to it. But maybe it wasn’t such a good idea afterall.

Dinner was pretty satisfying and we were surprised when the bill came. Dinner was under $60 infact after dar made his redeemption dinner was $52, best part we were given a $10 voucher which we can use on the next visit. We left feeling full and happy. But we were too full so we decided to take a walk. After which we got into the car and we drove slowly down Sunset way.
Dar has been hearing about somewhere in Sunset way there’s a pretty nice chillout bar and it isn’t too expensive either, and he refused to give up finding that place. So we were going into every carpark you can find in Sunset Way. It was pretty exciting. Eventually we found it!!! YAY!

So we decided to celebrate it with each a bottle of Hoegarrden. It’s really nice to unwind with a bottle of ice cold beer and be able to spend that moment with the special half. We sat there for a good whole hour plus doing nothing. Until I decided to take out the phone and started snapping at everything around us. Dar decided to join in and started my zooming in on my face to find imperfection. He managed to snap a pimple and he was kinda proud of it. I on the other hand was a tad upset like as if I’m not imperfect enough. He decided to take a close up of his face to prove me that I’m not that bad as I thought. Infact his face was no better, no doubt he didnt had a pimple on his face but he had scars, lots of pimple and acne scars, and he calls it “Tangerine face”. It made me laughed.
It was getting late and we were both missing the bedroom, my back was aching again and dar too. We called for bill, dar settled it and back into the cozy small car, driving back to dar’s place. That was how we spent our bday together. No lavish gifts or birthday cakes or big happening bash, but just each other company.
